New ice bomb and various graphic enhancements

This time the most notable news is the "ice" effect that kills and/or freezes the enemies.
This can be found in the Priss weapon and on a new item, a blue box (graphic WIP, sorry)
Still looking for an icy sound effect btw.
Many underlying enhancements have be done, not quite noticeable but useful for future additions.
